Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients

1.5 lbs. Do Good Chicken Wings


 

1⁄2 cup olive oil


2 lemons, juiced


4 garlic cloves, minced


1 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon dried oregano


1 teaspoon sumac


1 teaspoon paprika


1⁄2 teaspoon cumin


1⁄2 teaspoon thyme


Pinch of cayenne pepper

This simple, healthy recipe is all about the spices. These grilled Do Good Chicken™ wings are tossed in a flavorful blend of dried oregano, sumac, paprika, cumin, thyme, and cayenne before they go on the grill for just 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite creamy dipping sauce and enjoy again and again. 

  1. To a large bowl add the Do Good Chicken Wings with the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic,
    and all spices.
  2. Toss wings to coat very well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 1.5 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the grill grates oil to prevent the wings from
    sticking.
  4. Place the wings on the grill fairly close together to help keep them moist while
    cooking.
  5. Cook the wings for about 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes until the internal
    temperature reaches 165F.
  6. Serve wings with ranch, blue cheese, or a tahini yogurt sauce!
